How to register documents in our (database)
THE “VENDOR DOCUMENT VAULT”
To submit your cart, concession, tent, trailer or trucks operating documents, please fill out and submit this form.
An email will be sent to you confirming that you have registered. Click on the emailed link to add more information to your record. The site administrator will also receive an email notifying them that you have registered as a vendor.
This database will allow you to share annual health permits, insurance policies, concession images and your suppression system and fire extinguisher certificates in the form of a jpeg or pdf.
By storing your documents here it makes them readily available to event planners, production companies, city staff and fire departments. The intention is to reduce your paperwork and allow you to apply and comply for each event easier.
There will be a $60 yearly nominal fee to uploaded and store documents. This fee applies per vehicle as each one will need to be treated individually.
